Okay, looking at Footscray's list, they should approach the full on youth approach in terms of their KPP's IMO. Just get them playing senior football together.

KPD: Naughton, Young, Roberts/Adams
Ruck: English
Forward: Boyd, Schache

Build a side around them. You still have a young midfield in Dunkley, Macrae, Bont, Dahlhaus, Libba, Daniel, McLean, Hunter and Wallis all 26 or under. Then you add in Wood, JJ, Richards and Biggs in defence and Gowers, Crozier, Dale and Webb up forward as medium/smalls.

How dare you forget the mega hits Ninja rap and Ninja Rap 2!
Actually I gotta give credit where credit is due. The version he did with ICP is pretty damn good.

This is the only wrap about ninjas I can accept (besides die antwoord).

That's a terrible forward line
I'd be looking at some better smalls
Kent, Bolton, green.
Need better goalscorers

Gowers is good enough. But yes, they should be chasing a Dean Kent.
Probably not the Dean Kent. Injuries all to frequent, which is a shame because I was right into him when he first started.

But the general idea of a hard-edged, explosive small forward would be good for the dogs.

Now what did I say about the Demons. Not sure they will make the 8
They still have some tests ahead but their contested footy wit Oliver , Viney and Jones is as good as it gets.
Will play finals. The question is how far can they go having not been in the finals situation for a long while.

They have a real internal issue. McCartney got the chop as he was too hard edge in the feedback and they way he responded to the players. Bevo came in and it was all about fun and pissing in their pockets. Making them feel good and they got the job done. At the end of last year some hard words needed to be said and now we have a group that is not on the same page and players coming in and out every week. They are a list that needs a cuddle but you can not always be handing out elephant stamps.

Melbourne, west Coast and North Melbourne.

1 club that people had written off 5 weeks ago and two clubs that people had in the bottom four before the season started.

These teams make up 3 of the top 5.

Yes. I under rated North as well. Did not stop and see that they still had a core of very good senior players right down the spine and the fact that they are always renown for their fight which the young blokes have carried through.
I thought the Eagles would make the 8 with Nicnat back but I did not have them top 4.
Melbourne I Had there abouts maybe just missing. They should finish top 4.

It seems a year where many people media and general supporters alike have gotten a lot wrong coming into the year.
I had North wooden spooners
I had west coast missing finals as i didnt know they had a midfield after losing priddis and mitchell (side note mitchell has brought more to that midfield as a coach than as a player, doing a brilliant job)
Melbourne i had bottom 2 of the 8 and while i dont think this form they are in will hold, in a year where there is no really strong teams they could be a chance of snatching a few finals wins.

Only one i picked was us actually, thought we would struggle with no midfield.

I could have sworn that all sunday and this morning media were losing their minds because AFL ticked off the Higgins score review decision.
Reason being that the score reveiewer has a different angle that they look at thats different from what we see.

It now comes out that they have ruled it an error.

Looking decidedly amateur this year in nearlly all facets of the game. Tribunal, umpiring, fixturing all have issues.

Buckley should have copped a week. A fine for swinging your head back into someone’s face, with the potential to spread that player’s eyes across their face making them as wide apart as Buckley’s are naturally, is a soft punishment.

It was in Alice but yes it doesn't make much sense.
Actually that would have been a ripping game leading into the dreamtime game.

Do the Alice Springs curtain raiser game on primetime tv, do the melbourne adelaide game a bit later then do the dreamtime game in melbourne with the long walk etc.

Just because the media are losing their minds over something, doesn't mean it actually happened
