Apparently they're thinking about cutting half time to 10 minutes.. :think:

Not really sure why, cutting a 3 hour game by 10 minutes isn't going to make that much difference. And it means any concussion testing that starts at the end of Q2 will still sideline the player in Q3 even if they're okay.

I personally think this is one of those sideshow news stories where they take everyone's attention away from another story.

Apparently to spend more time with his family and his religion. Timing isn’t great though, they’ll get an SSP instead of having picked in the national draft. Wonder why he decided to retire now... maybe the injury recovery wasn’t going well.

According to some people known for quoting their own Twitter account as a source it's because he was about to be busted for peds.

Means I have less time to get to the shops and back with stuff for tea when we're in that sh*t-arse twilight slot. Thanks AFL for making the logistical situation worse than it already is.
