I got a picture of Huskies pulling this wagon through the snow.
Huskies? HUSKIES!

All is forgiven, Hawthorn.

I agree about Carlton, real chance to beat the pies. They're actually favoured for me.

The WC game will haunt proper appreciation of where they're at for a while.
They're a chance but why do you favour them, exactly?

I remember that game and his game in particular. How anyone could see that game and not concede he had AFL talent is beyond me.

Again, talent and application are two very different things.
I posted my break up of Sylvia's career into exceptional games, good games, average games and poor games - I already acknowledged that Sylvia has played a few high level games of AFL ,but lacks the requisite consistency to be a good to very good player at AFL level - One hall-mark of good to very good players is the difference between your good games and poor games.

Agreed. Lack consistency and you won't be a good or very good player.

All I'm saying is that consistency is not dependent on talent. It's dependent on mental fortitude, on fitness, and on application.

Go outside, turn around 3 times, curse and spit.
Nah, as we both follow EPL you will understand when I say I'd love an entertaining draw in these types of games. Given the chances of that are **** all though, I will ask if you remember the 1990 GF? Not only did I have to put up with my Collingwood-supporting uncle, aunty and cousins who lived just up the road, but also my Carlton-supporting relatives who were annoyed we let those pricks in for their first flag in over 3 decades.

So yeah, I have a deep-seated hate of Collingwood that stems back to that fateful shit of a day. Not to mention they are far more likely to be pushing Essendon at the business end of the season, so anything that trips them up is a good thing in my book.

I just hate barracking for Collingwood.

I hate Carlton, but for some reason, I sometimes go for them vs Collingwood. Which is weird because I hate Carlton more than Collingwood. But I hate Collingwood more than North and I like to see Collingwood beat North. And I hate Hawthorn more than Collingwood, but I like to see them beat Collingwood.

Weird hey. Only team I want Collingwood to beat is North. Only team I want Carlton to beat is Collingwood. But then again...

Excuse my ramble. That's what wanting Carlton to win does to me. I start searching within myself as to how I have come to such a foreign conclusion.

Oh I'm sure once I see that navy blue guernsey it will all be rectified :p
