I'm now thinking that Geelong has timed its run to perfection.

Menegola, Caddy and Scott Sellwood have all made it back in time enough to be hardened for a finals campaign. That's their inside midfield depth.

Hawkins has found some form. Stanley is on the park. They've not got two weeks rest going into the first week of the finals.

They're my tip because they are the best balanced side (all key posts covered, smart smalls on the flanks, genuine inside midfield depth and power and blistering speed on the outside) that plays the most destructive footy but, unlike GWS, they are also set up to do the professional things to close a game down.
