Perhaps upon looking back, he might think agreeing to play a club with the exact same colours as the Chinese people may not have been a bright idea. But as someone pointed out to me today, that would require a modicum of intelligence...
A comment from FB:

'This is like sitting next to the bloke who tips the stripper a pineapple. He's putting up the cash, and your getting the benefits. Well played GC.'

Hahahahaha

For some reason I get this image of Kochie juggling lots of eggs (but the footage sped up so that it's really quick), with Benny Hill playing. The eggs of course all pile up on the ground at this feet because he can't handle them, and he eventually lands flat on his arse after he slips on the yolks.

It was so pointed that I wondered whether they had secured an impersonator just to stitch Eddie up. If it was, it was a bloody good one. I wouldn't mind hearing it again if someone can get their hands on it.
Could've been Sarah.

They aren't actually allowed to give up their own home game due to their contract with Adelaide oval.
and the only reason GCS ended up being chosen was none of the other clubs were interested

How long is Port's contract with China? It'll be funny if he's running around next year trying to find a club willing to play them over there and GCS are the only ones to put their hands up

I heard like 10 years or something?

I fully support GC digging their heels in. Make Port pay for the oversight.

good, 10 years of this embarrassment cropping up is exactly what he needs.

we should troll him by offering to play next year but only if he agrees to let us wear one of those mostly red clash strips but with the bomber changed to a Chinese dragon or something
