I would just make the rule stating that those sort of gloves are allowed if:

• You must wear them on both hands
• You cannot remove them when on the field

The gloves are designed for American Football where the players using the gloves don't want to lose the ball ever.

Making Cloke wear 2 gloves and be unable to take them off would obviously improve his marking but would also make his disposal worse which is a fair trade off.
