It's a broken record, but how the AFL didn't fixture Gazza's return to the Gold Coast, as well as their first home game for the season, for a Friday night on free to air, still staggers the mind.

Nah, let's throw it on late Saturday arvo for the interest of no one.

Can't wait to see what the ratings will be like once the World Cup starts.

The AFL - killing the game one week at a time.

Australia's first game is 8pm on a Saturday. Vale AFL ratings that night.

The ol' jumper tuggers are getting called out for being cheats, and now they are cracking the sads. Delicious!

World Cup of soccer?

**** that rather sleep than watch that shit
Still better than watching the past few FNF. Last night and last week was atrocious and should be shown to prisoners as a form of torture.

So Melbourne have won 18 qtrs in a row and are just 3 away from equaling our record set in 2010, they play the Bulldogs next week too so fair chance they might actually beat our record.
And Melbourne's run will finish at 18 qtrs in a row and our record from 2010 is still in tact - thank you Doggies

Hopefully the doggies can keep this up
Melbourne already with a few injury concerns could make for an interesting 3 more quarters - just seeing the impact it will have on their ability to run & pressure across the remainder of the match

Lever it seems is an ankle or knee issue from what I heard the commentators say

Melksham hurt his ankle, tried to do some running along the boundary line and was struggling - seems he may have received a needle at quarter time because he is back out there now, but while trying to run along the boundary line he was seen to say something that he couldn't accelerate off that foot. Will he be able to run out the match

Yeah saw those two incidents , it should have an impact on the rotations towards the later quarters

The dogs are running around pretty well so far , so I suspect they may run hem off their feet in the second half
