You have to be careful for what you wish for .... welcome to the microscope of the big stage Mr Shiel

Buckley ..says shame on anyone who boos a champion... we will see what their noise is when we play them next...
Speaks volumes, the agenda is irrelevant!

Still, flogs will flog 🙄🙄🙄

As bad as that kick was from Shiel, I actually thought his decision to go to crowd in the one-on-one on the edge of Collingwood's 50 was even worse. It was unnecessary and cowardly. He could have easily stayed up if he wanted to; he went to ground so as to end his involvement in play so he didn't have to take responsibility a second time after that failed kick.

I think Gaz can get a set of ear plugs cause going by that .. if Ess supporters are willing to do that on Anzac day ..when losing is more representative of the occasion .. then when Gaz play them my guess is they go to town.
Gaz will be booed for the rest of the year imo. If the media hadn't manufactured a false narrative out of the way the crowd responded to him on Easter Monday the booing would have stopped then, but since they *did* create that narrative it will be a self-fulfilling prophesy and opposition supporters will go in on him non-stop from now on.

At least, that's my prediction. We'll see what happens. I would be surprised though if he isn't booed at every MCG game for the rest of the year, at the very least.

Booing is a generally idiotic but harmless behaviour. Makes me roll my eyes in some situations, but it doesn't enrage me. It's absolutely not something that deserves this much attention. We all know the behaviours of football fans at matches that actually demand action. Going "boooooooooo" is not one of them.

Talking on this post match panel as if they can actually MAKE people not boo.
"Do we stamp this out?" says Sarah Jones.

HOW? How would you even do that? And, for example, when Lindsay Thomas hit Scott Selwood am I allowed to boo? Or not? What about snipers like Sam Mitchell? Because he won things he is a champion, doesn't stop him being a sniper when he was playing. Am I not allowed to boo him either?

**** right off with that. You don't stamp it out. Just as you don't stamp out West Aussies yelling BALLLLLL everytime anything happens in WA.

It’s media hyperbole!
Now Pendlebury was booed, Buckley as run with it. Too much oxygen expended!
If only the same amount of energy was expended to shut Kennett TFU 🙄

Its almost like they want everyone to shuffle into the footy in orderly lines, all take our seats at the same time, golf clap after good passages of play, shake the hand of opposition supporters at the games conclusion and shuffle off again

On SM-G955F using BigFooty.com mobile app
like we do at KP?
