but with this thread all the Opposition teams get under our microscope and get both barrels....

As a great GFC moderator once said, its a Potpourri - a cornucopia even of non GFC topics...

Apt that the first post of the new thread is celebrating the Hawks woeful performance in the 2nd quarter.

I think the legitimacy of hawthorns top four claims have to be questioned…

So far they have beaten to begin the season

Sydney, Carlton, essendon, GWS, melb … and have also beaten WCE and Richmond.

They have lost to geelong, soon to be Brisbane, GCS, and port..

They are yet to beat anyone of significance and have had a very easy first half draw.

We really can’t determine much yet of their credentials off who they have played

Ahem - we're currently in the top 4 (until Adelaide win tomorrow).

And our draw is really starting to open up from here on out.

Would seem that despite playing half a players under 30 games we've found ourselves in a very, very good position. Haven't gone balls to the wall like other clubs, but still in striking distance....

It was only 1 game , but what did Hawthorn trail Port Ade at one stage 12 goals to 1 , that is a horrendous form line
