Don't know who to cheer for in the Tigers-Saints game this arvo. On one hand, if the Saints win, Tigers will play at the 'G which gives us a better chance of playing a final down here. On the other hand, if Richmond win, we'll get to play them at the 'G and show that it wouldn't have mattered where we played 3 weeks ago, we'll beat them anywhere.

I feel dirty for saying it, but I hope the Tigers get up today. Us playing them and Essendon playing the Swans would be two pretty good outcomes.

Assuming Essendon put Fremantle away, of course.

Who does everyone think should be the AA mids? Let's assume a total of eight can make it: two followers, three across the centre line, and three on the bench.

IMO: Dangerfield, Martin, TMitchell, Kelly, Zorko, Merrett, Kennedy and Duncan.

People will say Sloane should make it, but to me that's absurd; in a season of only 22 rounds, you can't be tagged out of the game so comprehensively you're a complete non-factor on eight separate occasions and still claim to be AA-worthy.

Exactly. We can't expect to win the flag unless we win the next three games. Honest opinion is that Richmond will push us hard, but we'll be too good.

We just need to play a really tight pressure zone so a lot of richmonds average players get put under pressure and go to water.
Pressure is the key mate, put pressure on them and they'll go to water.

Thing is, same applies to us, they put it on our 2nd tier players and they'll go to water.
