Ben Brown ran 8.2kms in that half for 5 touches and zero scoring shots.

Hard graft, footy.

Easy to see how players go through patches where their motivation and work rate drops off by that crucial 5 percent. A lot of hard work for little reward at times.

These are lessons a lot of our young players still have ahead of them. Just climbing the hill to relevance seemed an epic journey but we have mountains to climb still.
