I'd have to see the replay more times but by the letter of the law it's a 50 and should be paid, common sense or not the umpires are there to apply the rules.

A lot of rules in the AFL require interpretation though, and it would have been ludicrous IMO to pay that 50. It all happened super quickly. There was zero chance that was an attempt at time wasting.

I agree it wasn't an attempt at time wasting.
