Cameras spotted Josh Shache last night. He must have a great selection of different club merch he has picked up over the years.

Imagine a game where it's 44 Nick Daicos clones playing each other on the field.
Everyone stops once the ball hits the ground because they're all waiting for someone else to win it.

I can't believe the gaslighting going on in this article. So the bloke's unhappy with the medical assistance and club posture taken under a fairly serious injury situation. But he's not allowed to voice it or raise concerns coz his club will suffer. Go figure.

Petracca owes nothing to Melbourne Demons. They got a premiership with him and if the club stuffed up his handling, it's up to the club to make it up rather than pleb journos guilt tripping him.

Ralph should hang his head in shame - appallingly disgraceful journalism given the circumstances. Petracca deserves respect not criticism.

It's not Nick Daicos' fault that commentators grovel over him.

In my view he's a champ who will only get better.

So get used to the adulation.
He’s an excellent player but is soft as butter and squibs out of contests.

Aha 💡

So that's how you close out an interrupted game you have 90% in the bag.

Even from their 2024 grave, Collingwood are still schooling us.
To be fair, Melbourne didn’t come out looking to win and had nothing to gain by doing so. Better to stay in conservation mode and just make it through the last 10 mins without an injury.

Ralph is a ****ing moron.
It’s better for the AFL to blame Petracca rather than Melbourne for what has happened there. So guess which line the ****wit takes.
It’s not Christians fault everyone thinks Melbourne is a basket case. That was already talk from the media before Tracc ever got injured.

Really surprised at the contempt some seem to have for Nick Daicos.

When you're able to do what he does you don't have to play like Greg Williams.

As good a gun as I've seen for a while. Particularly in the way the game is played today.

Yep, keeps them fresh for next week.

I can’t believe people think Pickett should be suspended.
Moore could have broken his legs, isn’t that the reason why the no sliding rule came in?
There's not a "no sliding" rule. That's completely legal. What you're not allowed to do is make forceful contact below the knee, whether it's sliding or any other mechanism. Moore didn't do that.

If Kozi had played the ball there's a fair chance he gets a free kick from Moore if Darcy takes out his legs. However instead he chose to bump and got Moore high, and there was never any forceful contact below the knee.

Kozi elected to initiate contact with Moore and not go direct for the ball so can't see him getting less than 3 whatever arguments are put up. I can see Kozi was a bit stiff but that won't wash in this environment.
