A possible repeat of the 2019 Saints trade "haul".

Watching Ross do nothing with these high profile recruits/re-signings next year with increased supporter expectations will be fun at least.

It would be pretty hard to top Andrew Raines, Xavier Clarke, Brendan Fevola, Amon Buchanan and Brent Staker... now known as the Lions Super Trade Week.

Bit easier to damage your list build before free agency

I maintain 4 of those were good options for a desperate club

Is Carlton going to be a bottom 3 club next season?

Absolutely.

They've delisted Fantasia, Cincotta and Lemmey. I thought Cincotta was a bit rough.
Silvagni and TDK are leaving so that's 2 more
Elijah Hollands pushed out

No wonder Wright decided to leave Vossy on. He would push him out along with the rest of the list management mess in 2026 giving the next coach a clean slate to start over.

Does Charlie Curnow get his trade?

Reportedly wants to get out of the Melbourne footy bubble, linked to the Swans, Suns and the Cotton on Cats.

Hard to see how the Swans or Suns could satisfy Carlton unless one of their key players wants to move. So probably Geelong somehow LOL.

It's weird how quiet it is about all those players rubbing people's noses in who they're having sex with in the pictures and coverage of the AA function last night. I would have thought those lamenting how everyone has to know about Mitch Brown would be right on top of that too...

Reportedly pick 2 from West Coast might be gettable.

Alternatively they might be able to trade their F1, and in a series of trades, get hold of Ports first round pick from Gold Coast.

He's gone. Carlton have to rebuild asap

reading the trading board its amazing how well ross lyon and old mate bassets chock feeding campaign has worked on the st kilda fanbase.

the cult surrounding lyon at that football club is reaching bizarre territory.

It's quite clever from Lyon and Bassett to draw a bigger line making their contract/trade/draft blunder line smaller and draw audience to rage over that bigger line as it's an easier fodder for anyone to hate. Almost Trump-ish move.

Why did we give a massive contract to Max King when he's as fragile as it comes? Oh look over there - father son bad, academy bad, nepo baby Suns, blah blah blah, world's against us !!! St.Kilda fans are onboard with the idea now "aaargghhh the world's against us ! burn them all !!!"

Nasiah was about to leave us.. and we fought tooth n nail and beat the system !! yeaahhhhhh we beat the system and retained NAS !! (don't mention the highest price ever we payed for his signature)

Another year, another finals series with our weird template of finals matchups. Why doesn’t the loser of 1st vs. 4th just play the lowest placed winner of the elimination finals?

I expect Collingwood to win against the crows this week. Which means the loser of us vs. cats will play either 6th or 7th whilst the crows will likely play against 5th in week 2 (Freo) barring an upset by the suns despite finishing higher than us on the ladder.

Surely it makes more sense for them the play GWS/Hawks and us play Freo in week two, given they finished higher on the ladder. Strange system
