With a good majority of those injuries coming in just the space of one single game. (4 for us, 4 for them if you take into account Grimes before the bounce)

Not really. The only decent game they played was vs Sydney, and they would have been destroyed today regardless of injury.
Not sure about the harsh reality you're referring to in relation to the Pies. We were controlling the game for 3 quarters last week until we had no rotations and were overrun. The only reality that came from last weeks loss is that we can compete with the best teams if we put in the required effort. Richmond on the other hand, are just bad.

On top of that, we compete even with Swan , Elliott , Cloke & Williams not playing. And despite our injuries, tomorrow we go in with a chance. ( could well be slaughtered, but that is another story )
The main issue with Tiggies is they are good when all fit but the depth of a petri dish and very vulnerable when personnel goes down.
