Disagree, Jed will replace Morris or Boyd imo if they retire next year. We only had 5 blokes with 100 games experience or more this year, now we have 7 having added Suckling and Adcock to the mix for nothing, but Minson, Morris, Boyd and Murph are near the end so adding a 29yo who still has 2-4 years left in him is vital imo.

Surely you guys would've been better off adding a youngster to develop though? Experience isn't an issue at Arden St

We picked up 4 kids last year and 5 the year before, Ray is there to guide the younger mids we just picked up who are all outside players.

Yes, but Ray can coach/mentor the younger/skinnier ones that play at werribee on VFL gameday. Kinda what Gia used to do at afl level to good effect.
