Back in the 90s me and a couple of friends had an ongoing conversation about how to build a religion ala L Ron Hubbard and scientology. It sounds alot like this tv show. Even down to the pumping people full of an Ayahuasca analogue (wallaby fat and Acacia bark) - someone mentioned that they all go to peru and binge on it in this show.

Easy viewing, funny family situations with some strugglers.

I do like Goliath but havent watched the 2nd season yet. Billy Bob Thornton plays the main character.

Americans was good. Not the best but ti was a good watch. Halt & Catch Fire was another good 80s and early 90s show that brought back some good memories for me since I grew up in 80s/90s.

First two eps are meh but there is something so unexpected and disgusting at the end of ep 3 that ramps it right up through to the end where I say it is better than s01.
