That loss v Sydney was probably their best effort this year
Clearly on the up but may be one season too soon
Good times for North fans who you have to tip your hat to for their resilience
Especially when you see the terrible turn out today by Tiger fans after the premierships

not yet, definitely on the right track though. in 2 seasons they could be pushing top 6

Pretty unlikely
Looking at their fixture, to get to 11 wins they would probably need to win 7 in a row against West Coast (away), Richmond, Essendon, Port (away), Collingwood, Melbourne and St Kilda.

Just a rough estimate, I'd lock in 3 more wins for the year, and then they just need to pick up 4 wins out of the remaining 11 games, which seems plausible (perhaps I'm over-rating them based on last weekend and recency bias)

If not this year via the wildcard, then certainly next year and for many many years following.

We are not the easy beats of past seasons, but we are still relatively inexperienced (on the weekend we had 8 players with under 50 games experience) and making basic mistakes that are costing us two or three goals a game. If we can clean up some of those costly errors, then perhaps we can pull off one or two surprise wins and steal a wildcard spot, but I think it will more than likely be next season that we are contending for finals position.
