Booked this in the first week of December with not much anticipation of anything and resigned to a typical flogging, but after the first 4 weeks I’m heading in with a level of optimism where

I watched last years draw again. Man did we make a lot of mistakes. No different to most games in 2025 and prior.

X was huge that game.

Not kidding myself we are not a good team yet. But if we can just clean up our ball use, opposition teams will be 3 goals poorer each game.

This game is in the middle of the night UK time. I can watch it on catch up but I might just peak at the score first to see if they have put 150 on us

Lions looked very good last up and will be stronger with their returning stars so if we are even slightly off (minus Fossil and Pink) it could get ugly. If we can bring and sustain the pressure we have shown so far for all four quarters then I think we can make a fight of it. A win is beyond my wildest dreams.

I’d settle for a competitive performance, some good moments and a 4/5 goal margin.

Pressure all game like the last quarter last week and we'll be in this. Carlton Pressure in the last quarter was 210 so it wasn't as if they layed down, just we rose to the occasion.

How about Paul Curtis to keep Zorko close company, tackle him hard at every opportunity, and if we are in attack try to get in a 1 on 1 against him, he is their main distributor from D50, has form at cracking the sads and giving away free kicks when closely checked, and i would back PC in a 1 on 1 v him every time, Coleman the other one to to not get a long leg rope, disruption to their defensive transition game would help the cause.
