He's untaggable, as are most players of his type. We could either play LDU head to head against him (provided Brad Scott allows it) and hope that Luke can find some form. This approach also allows him to play without worrying about the tag. Or we could run Phillips on him, but I think Merrett will just burn him off

I've got my North gameday jacket with me at work today (as I am going to the game straight from the office) which really does remind me of the good old Friday nights as that's what I always used to do...The Thursday night football is the new Friday for all intents and purposes.

Geez, if we could get up against all the odds (the PC and Wardlaw outs are obviously huge) it would be one of the best wins we've had under Clarko or since Shaw days I reckon. I would value it higher than the Melbourne win in round 2, even if we only win by a point, given all the factors.

But on the other hand, if we were to lose by 50+ it would be an absolute disaster for the club, on the big stage. Arguably worse than the Carlton loss, given the opposition is average.

North defenders furiously high 5, give each supportive pats and regroup.

Free to Xerri, long kick forward, stoppage. No system but ball spills and Larkey toe pokes through.

30 seconds from quarter time Zurhaar unfairly pinged HTB. Throws ball back too loopily. 50 metres,goal. * crowd celebrate like its goal of the year.
