It's been great to watch the Northern Blues find a way in the past month. Definitely shows that the injuries have been overcome to a degree. Maybe the Northern Blues players have thrived in an environment that has provided them with more opportunities. Good to see solid contributions from the Carlton listed players as well.

Wilson is a key player for them, and it was incredulous that he started on the HFF. In the guts from the second quarter and dominated.

What's the go with LeBois. A lot of hype when we snared him in the rookie draft. Struggling with senior footy?

Was going to be picked round one but injured an ankle. Struggled to get over it and had a bit of home sickness. Just now settling in and club are very happy with last couple of weeks. A big pre season and I expect him to play senior footy early next year. Workrate is excellent and his speed and X factor will really add to our group.

Would be great if we could somehow sneak into finals and then send Jones , Pickett, Boek and Kerridge back to get the team playing some of the footy it was early in the year. Get a bit more development into the boys

No Cuningham or Jaksch at this stage, but if neither play, expect them to be on the plane Saturday night and ready to go for Sunday.

I don't feel great about our chances with a starting XVIII that includes Mason Blakey. Tries hard, but poor athletic ability and average ability.

Would think so. Even Zac Fisher assume eligible. Played a string of VFL games earlier in season.
Curnow, SPS and Silvagni would not be though.
Silvagni probably in cotton wool with his shoulder anyway even if allowed to play by VFL rules.
