With ASOS being elevated, I think you'll find they'll tuck Macreadie away here until after the bye when Byrne comes off the LTI. Would like to see him get another half a dozen games towards the back end of the year to hold him in good stead for next season.
Hmmmm......wonder if the bell might have tolled for Glass-McCasker. Would have to be playing at least decent footy at this level rather than in the development squad to be retained you would think. Kane Keppel demonstrated last week that he appears to be a level above JGM. Came on as 23rd man and had 15 possessions, 4 marks, 4 tackles, 3 rebound 50s, 2 inside 50s & runs hard. Not bad considering he didn't play the whole game.

Will be interesting to follow his as Stavrou's progress during the year.
Although it was against a lessor opponent last week, it was good to see Kerr step it up again. The thing that really caught my eye was 11 marks as it shows that he is making enough of a presence on the ground that his team mates are seeking him out. If he can take it up yet another notch and acquire 20+ touches and kick 4-5 goals in each of the next 3 matches then he puts himself right under the selectors noses and presents a case that may be hard to ignore. Sounds a bit like a kid called Jack last year who was also taken with a late pick doesn't it???
