Well we're back after the bye (finally). The bankers are sitting in 7th place on the ladder at 5-5 but with Essendon and Box Hill breathing down our necks we need to beat the 12th placed Blues who ebat us at home earlier in the year to maintain our spot inside the top 8.

Looks like Scooter will make his debut for the club also.

Just a couple of notes to attend to. Firstly for those who may have the fixture elsewhere this match was scheduled for IKON Park (Princes Park) but was moved to Preston City Oval.

Secondly and take note dazbroncos Mattlock as per this link below the game will be streamed via the VFL website for all to watch so get your HDMI cords ready and put us on the big screen :D

Anybody know what the quality of the stream is like?
That's the beauty of online rivers... They're like Forrest Gump's box of chocolates really. I guess we'll all find out together.

No, you'll find out first then let me know. ;)

That's a pretty good lineup there hopefully they can get a win. That ground can get very muddy and it's been pouring this week. Cross our fingers for no injuries.

Yes thanks for the stream!

I'm very interested to see Scott Selwood come back and have the opportunity to play with The Waybill

Waybill is being rested this week.

Hope scooter plays well and gets through the game.

The attention will all be on SSelwood, but great to have Horlin-Smith back from injury too.

Our midfield will be absolutely stacked with S.Selwood, Menegola, GHS and Cowan. Guys like Luxford and Atkins might have trouble even getting into our midfield rotations. We also have Stanley in the ruck.

Team as listed

B: (20) Gardner, (67) Stewart, (34) Parsons
HB: (27) Menegola, (24) Bews, (16) S.Selwood
C: (33) Horlin-Smith, (51) Tsitas, (39) Kersten
HF: (64) Atkins, (66) Edwards, (18) Cowan
F: (69) Sexton, (1) Stanley, (30) Vardy
R: (42) Lucey, (28) Gregson, (37) Luxford

I/C: (50) Williams, (74) Thompson, (52) Hickey, (63) Dobson, (61) Raidme, (65) McLachlan, (58) Abbott, (71) Haintz, (73) House – 23rd player

Good chance for a few to get a senior gig next week if they play well today
Beat me to it Jubs..

Was thinking the exact same thing.

After last nights effort.. or lack of as the case may be, anyone doing what their senior counterparts failed to will stand out well and push their case very hard indeed.

Will be a great watch.
