As you say new coach but also a lot of inexperience. Will take time to gel but I am very happy with the coach and the tough decisions he is making with non performance.

As evidenced by our reserves we haven’t got a lot of cattle to work with. Our older players are on the downward slope and the younger blokes just need more experience.
Most Norwood supporters had us in the 4th-6th region prior to the season so we are about where we should be
