Jennifer Hawkins has made an impression on the Crows. Happily for the Adelaide team, its path crossed with the Miss Universe in the Qantas lounge. Young ruckman Ivan Maric was the only player to pluck up the courage to back himself for a chat and a photo. Funnier still was footy-focused Neil Craig. "Who is Jennifer Hawkins anyway?" the coach asked.

Then again maybe I was just too far away where I was sitting and couldn't make it out.

Yeah, I was in the Gary Ablett Terrace in the seats just in front of the standing room.

Really? I was looking in the wrong spot then. I was actually not that far away from you. Kinda inbetween the Ford and Jennings stands. In amongst all the Geelong members. No joke, I could see only one other Adelaide fan within about 100 metres each way.

I'm normally pretty vocal at the footy, but not today. I didn't have a pass to sit there so my friend went in with her dad and bought out his membership card and gave it to me so I could go in and sit in a spare seat next to them that is never used. I didn't want to get kicked out, which all of the cats fans were seriously threatening to do, knowing I didn't actually have a pass.
