For me, this has to be the ultimate piss weak non decision of all time by the AFL. Its like they have buried their head in the sand and hoped everything would go away. They should have had the balls to strip him of the medal 12 months ago. How can anyone mount a case for him to keep it when he has served a 12 month suspension for the year he won it?
Nothing against Jobe, I think we all like him but its got to go and surely the AFL waiting all this time is only going to drag up this whole drug saga again by waiting.

what happens in a court of law? don't you sit in jail post the court decision and the appeal?

I know it's not a court of law but the process has been consistent historically with decisions standing subject to the appeal
