Storm: Ryley Jacks comes into the halves in place of Cameron Munster (knee).
Roosters: Jake Friend is back in the starting team with Sam Verrills (ACL) out and Nat Butcher starts at lock for Victor Radley (ACL). James Tedesco returns from a head knock at fullback pushing Joseph Manu to centre alongside a returning Josh Morris with Ryan Hall out and Mitch Aubusson to the interchange. Poasa Faamausili returns from a loan to the Warriors on the bench.

Raiders: Bailey Simsonsson moves from the interchange to replace Jordan Rapana on the wing and Michael Oldfield replaces Curtis Scott at centre, with Scott dropping to the bench. Joe Tapine returns from a knee injury at lock for Corey Horsburgh (foot).
Dragons: No changes for the Dragons.

Eels: Former Dragon Jai Field replaces Mitch Moses (calf) at halfback with David Gower getting a run on the bench in place of Daniel Alvaro.
Cowboys: Val Holmes (ankle) is closing in on a return and has been named in the reserves. Justin O'Neill has been named on the wing with Tom Opacic at centre.

Titans: Tyrone Peachey starts at centre for Dale Copley with Bryce Cartwright recalled on the bench.
Sharks: Andrew Fifita starts at prop with Braden Hamlin-Uele back to the bench.

Warriors: David Fusitu'a (head knock) returns on the wing, with Patrick Herbert shifting to centre bumping Gerard Beale to reserves. Skipper Roger Tuivasa-Sheck has been named pending a judiciary appearance. Wayde Egan returns from suspension at hooker pushing Karl Lawton to the bench, Jamayne Taunoa-Brown and Agnatius Paasi are both back in the run-on side with loan player Poasa Faamausili returning to the Roosters, Adam Blair moving to lock, Tohu Harris to second row and Isaiah Papali'i dropped to the reserves. Panther Jack Hetherington is on the bench after striking a loan deal with the club.
Broncos: Corey Oates has been dropped, with Jamayne Isaako on the wing and Thomas Flegler back from suspension on the bench. Matt Lodge (knee) has been named despite an injury cloud. Pat Carrigan returns from suspension at lock in place of the suspended Joe Ofahengaue.

Thursday 2nd July
Melbourne vs Sydney Roosters (Suncorp Stadium - 19:50)

TIP: Roosters easily, probably 13+. They will show they are still the team to beat. Don't rate Melbourne this season.

Friday 3rd July
Canberra vs St.George-Illawarra (GIO Stadium - 18:00)

TIP: Raiders. Hardly a confident tip but they should beat the Dragons even in their poor form.

Parramatta vs North Queensland (BankWest Stadium - 19:55)

TIP: Parramatta. Closer than everyone thinks without Moses though (injured for 2-3 weeks)

Saturday 4th July
Gold Coast vs Cronulla-Sutherland (CBus Super Stadium - 15:00)

TIP: Cronulla. Probably favour the Sharks, just.

New Zealand vs Brisbane (Central Coast Stadium - 17:30)

TIP: Ummmmm Brisbane I guess but this game will be so bad it's not funny. Won't be shocked if the Warriors win.

Wests Tigers vs Penrith (BankWest Stadium - 19:35)

TIP:Tigers (my upset of the round). There's always one upset and the Tigers are playing well.

Sunday 5th July
Manly-Warringah vs Newcastle (Lottoland - 16:05)

TIP: Newcastle. Made the mistake last week tipping Manly minus Tommy Turbo, I won't do it again. Newcastle to grind out a win by 10 points or so.

Canterbury-Bankstown vs South Sydney (BankWest Stadium - 18:30)

TIP: Souths. Bulldogs can't score and Souths can. Will win comfortably.

Game of Round: West Tigers vs Penrith

F*** we are playing tough at the moment.

Hang in there hang in there and then take our chances. It’s great to watch.

Funny how a game like this in league can be so absorbing but an equivalent in AFL would be rightly written off as a dull spectacle

Manchester United, Juventus,
Shouldn’t have allowed them the offload, poor by the Storm as those few meters were the difference
