Agreed, enjoyable game just for the spite and intensity alone.
You wanna love Lattrell - when he's on it's like watching an NBA player in the NBL - but he's gotta learn to get that petty nonsense out of his game.
But playing with aggression is what sets him apart. Yes the shot was reckless but that aggression on both sides of the ball is what makes him great

What sets him apart is he's a big, fast, skillfull unit with incredible footballing instincts.
Being a petulant grub doesn't make him great, it makes him suspended.

Going sound odd, but his round us what we needed. Honestly this season has been putting along, 2 teams who that far ahead of everyone, a bunch of teams behind them. Everyone else being just terrible.

In 80 mins over a bunch of games.

Melbourne went from cruising to stalling. They are such a professional side they will regroup.

Parramatta went from sinking to full steam ahead

Sydney lost the best centre in the game.

Souths lost their best player.

Penrith and Manly just keep flying under the radar.

Newcastle keep scraping together wins. They will enter the finals after winning 6 in a row mist likely, but with a -100 points diff wtf?

Cronulla, Canberra and Gold Coast all made it through to the 2nd week of pre finals eliminating finals.

And a bunch of teams were eliminated from playing finals.

Should be a good last round.

Good summary. Reckon Manly are the sleepers, would not want to play them in September

Talk already the Warriors may not be back in NZ in 2022.
Hope they can. Even if it's something like first ten weeks in Australia and last 14 in NZ.

The families of the players and NZ public deserve it [players too obviously].
