Basically treating the bottom 8 teams as feeder clubs that they can cherry pick from when the time is right.

I more than most think loyalty is a dying concept in sport (and i dont say it as a bad think, just think its not really the same as it once was) but playing for a team for 20 weeks THEN changing jumpers on a Monday (potentially after youve just played said team) to go and help a rival try to win a premiership is genuinely bizarre

I don't even understand it from the players point of view.

If Melbourne win the premiership from here, does Nofa really feel like he's earned it? Surely it's a more hollow feeling.

From Gildart's POV, it a bit longer for him in the sunshine, whilst he awaits a smooth transfer to the Dolphins, I gather. He probably can't believe his luck!
