It was nice to watch a Sharks game today where to never noticed the referee, great change from the usual show we get.

The bottom four teams (and five of the bottom six) all recorded wins this weekend, I'm not sure that has happened before.

Obviously this is skewed due to the bye and a number of the top teams have played a game less, but after 12 rounds only one team has reached 300 points and they currently sit in 13th. They are also the only team outside the top 6 with a positive points differential.

While they are giving the likes of Penrith, Cronulla, Brisbane, Souths and Melbourne a big head start, Parramatta are still one of the Premiership contenders, they just need to get some consistency in their game and perhaps get a bit luck with regards to keeping their second rowers on the park.
