Eels: Edge forward Ryan Matterson is back from his grand final suspension and will be a welcome addition for the Eels. Matt Doorey moves to the bench and Jack Murchie (head knock) is out. Hooker Brendan Hands has been named to make his NRL debut from the bench and Jirah Momoisea drops to the reserves. Prop Reagan Campbell-Gillard is free to face the premiers after taking an early guilty plea to a Shoulder Charge offence and paying a $3000 fine.
Panthers: Interchange forward Scott Sorensen's return from a head knock sees Matt Eisenhuth drop to 18th man in the only change to the squad that beat the Rabbitohs in Round 2.

Storm: Halfback Jahrome Hughes has been rubbed out for two matches after he was unsuccessful in having a Dangerous Contact charge downgraded at the NRL Judiciary on Tuesday night. Jonah Pezet is likely to come into the halves alongside Cameron Munster, who returns after missing two games with a finger injury in a huge boost for the Storm.
Wests Tigers: A major positional shift with Adam Doueihi going from five-eighth to fullback and Brandon Wakeham taking the No.6 jersey. Charlie Staines goes to the wing and David Nofoaluma drops to the reserves. Isaiah Papali'i is back from suspension to bolster the pack and Daine Laurie (knee) makes his comeback via the bench. Alex Seyfarth has been added to the bench at the expense of Joe Ofahengaue. Hooker Jake Simpkin is listed among the reserves as he works his way back from a concussion suffered against the Knights in Round 2.

Dolphins: Felise Kaufusi was found guilty of Dangerous Contact at the judiciary on Tuesday night and will miss four matches so changes will be needed to the side named on Tuesday. Origin prop Jarrod Wallace makes a welcome return after missing Round 3 for personal reasons so Kurt Donoghoe drops to the reserves.
Broncos: No injury concerns for Kevin Walters after the win over the Dragons so the same 17-man squad has been named to face the Dolphins. Forward Kobe Hetherington is listed among the reserves as he works his way back from a biceps injury. Deine Mariner is 18th man.

Cowboys: A change in the forwards with Griffin Neame to start at prop in place of Reuben Cotter, who has suffered a knee injury against the Warriors. Veteran prop James Tamou joins the bench. Tom Chester keeps the fullback job in the absence of Scott Drinkwater (suspended). Forward Mitch Dunn made his way back to the field last week in Queensland Cup having recovered from his ACL injury and could be a chance to come into the squad later in the week.
Titans: On the back of a strong win over the Storm in Round 4, coach Justin Holbrook has named the same 17-man squad. Chris Randall again takes the hooking duties in Sam Verrills' absence while Iszac Fa'asuamaleaui and Jo Vuna retain their spots after solid showings last week.

Rabbitohs: Forward Hame Sele, who failed a HIA last week, is ruled out under the NRL's new mandatory 11-day-stand down protocol. Meanwhile, Jason Demetriou has been dealt more blows in the forward stocks with Shaquai Mitchell suffering a foot injury on Friday and hooker Damien Cook revealing Tevita Tatola is out "for a couple of weeks" with a knee issue. Daniel Suluka-Fifita comes into the starting side along with Jacob Host, who has recovered from a calf injury. Blake Taaffe joins the bench after he was 18th man last week.
Sea Eagles: Coach Anthony Seibold goes with the same squad that downed the Eels to open Round 3. Forwards Taniela Paseka and Josh Aloiai both accepted fines for dangerous tackles against the Eels so they will take their place.

Warriors: Fullback Charnze Nicoll-Klokstad is back from a head knock so youngster Taine Tuaupiki goes to the reserves list. Forward Jackson Ford also returns from a head knock and slots into the second row. Hooker Wayde Egan is out with a head knock, replaced in the starting side by Freddy Lussick. Back-rower Mitch Barnett has been sidelined by a neck injury.
Bulldogs: Coach Cameron Ciraldo has the luxury of naming the same 17 that got the job done against Wests Tigers with Braidon Burns named 18th man after Josh Reynolds filled that role on Sunday. Tevita Pangai Junior's calf injury looks set to sideline him for at least another week.

Knights: Prop Daniel Saifiti has been named suffering a shoulder injury last week. Hooker Jayden Brailey returns from a head knock and Jack Johns is back from an ankle injury. Tyson Frizell (ankle) has been named among the reserves and could be a late inclusion. Greg Marzhew takes over on the wing from Dom Young. Leo Thompson moves from lock to prop and Jack Hetherington goes to the bench. Utility Kurt Mann is back from a shoulder injury at lock. Last week's debutant Dylan Lucas is 18th man.
Raiders: Prop Josh Papali'i has recovered from a calf injury and lines up for his first game of the year so Emre Guler goes to the bench and Trey Mooney is out. Zac Woolford replaces Danny Levi (broken jaw) in the starting line-up with the Samoan hooker facing an extended stint on the sidelines.

Dragons: Rookie forward Toby Couchman returns after suffering a head knock in his debut game against the Titans in Round 2 so Michael Molo makes way. Veteran prop Aaron Woods and youngster Talatau Amone are listed among the reserves.
Sharks: A huge in for Cronulla with star halfback Nicho Hynes named to play his first game of the year after recovering from a calf injury. Braydon Trindall has been named on interchange despite requiring some attention for an ankle complaint following the side's loss to the Raiders. Jack Williams goes back to 18th man.

Lucky to only get 4. That is such a cheap shot it’s not funny. You can pressure a half you do NOT whack him after he passes the ball.

Hughes and Melbourne actually challenged that? How exactly did they think they’d get off that one too. Lucky to only be offered 1, so you deserve 2 for wasting the judiciary’s time

Appropriate that we play Manly this weekend

Lets hope they perform this week, been a little flat one has to say the last two weeks, not sure they get a better chance to win the last two weeks. Not sure what I make of Souths this year, albeit it is only r3. They'd want to win the next two weeks.

Nice piece about Satts here, including footage of the infamous broken jaw. Such a different game back then

If you get a minute there's a good one on NRL on Fox or whatever the show is with Anasta, brilliant piece.

Looking forward to the local derby on Sunday, hopefully we can play for 80 minutes and not 70. :(

SL seem to have for a similar system too this season; a lot more fines, and a lot less suspensions. I think this is the right way to go. Except for Kaufusi-type incidents, of course.

We have basically the same system players can stop being grubs
