At the 30 minute mark in the round 1 match, the Storm scored their 5th try to lead 30-0, today it's 4-4. Parra have been very good tonight.

Parra have improved drastically … BUT Storm are far from their best

One of the real positives for me was our defense, especially in our defensive 20, I didn't think the Storm were going to break though our defense, partly because the Storm weren't at their best, but also because our defensive line looked solid and united and unlike earlier in the season we weren't dropping off tackles like my AFL team. :) The only time the Storm looked like they would score was when they used the kick (scored twice) or after a Parramatta error and some sustained pressure which resulted in tehir other try.

Overall, a very good performance by Parra in the end, just not quite experienced or disciplined enough to compete with the top 4 teams, but signs are looking good for season 2026, there are some talented youngsters coming through.

F**k me dead what a game.

That pass from Kenny and the kick - my goodness.

On another note geez the Penrith trainer made a c**t of himself again
He did but man the carry on on social media is ridiculous, he had time to compose and prepare again. Plenty blaming that for costing them the game.

Oh absolutely. A good goalkicker shouldn’t be missing for that reason. If a gust of wind caused you to stop briefly and adjust the ball and start again you’d just do it.

It was still a shit act though.

I say this while acknowledging that the Titans were inexplicably denied a penalty try (they scored one about 60 seconds later anyway so it made no difference) but the main block of their comeback was on the back of yet another bewildering bunker call, at least it was to me anyway. Papalii makes a break and to me it looked like he was halfway to his feet and about to put the ball down - maybe it had touched the ground. A titans player just runs through the ruck and kicks it away. ‘Knock on.’ I wasn’t listening closely but I was sure she said that he was using the ball to get to his feet and knocked the ball on placing it on the titans player’s foot.

It couldn’t have been further from what was actually happening.

I think she said he was trying to clear the ruck as the reason but i could be misremembering.

Either way they got a solid whistle all day and were given some solid leeway in the ruck. I legit think we deserved to lose, our discipline was horrendous and Tago especially was just dumb as bricks, however the Titans had every chance to win that game.

But we have reached a point of pure hysteria with Penrith, people just work themselves in to a frenzy every time we play.

It takes one favourable decision towards Penrith for everyone to come out of the woodwork and claim the league wants them to win. You rarely hear anyone mention the ones that go against them.

The non-penalty try was bizarre though, as I said it didn’t make any difference, they scored three plays later from the tap, but you have to wonder what can possibly go through their head when they make their decisions.

The Titans did probably have the better of it.

Game wise that second half was the worst Penrith have played for over two months, it was atrocious.

Between the finish in the Dolphins/Wahs and Panthers/Titans been a belter round so far (especially as a Bronx fan)

Wouldn’t you have preferred Titans winning to stay above Panthers?

Broncos probably have a slightly lower chance of forcing their way into the top 4 depending on how well the warriors finish the season so it could almost be a blessing depending on how things work out for them if the Panthers can piss off to the top four and keep winning and the broncos can avoid them as long as possible. That’s one way of looking at it anyway

Not sure we are as likely to finish in the 4 as a lot of people think. We finish with the top 3 teams in the last 3 weeks, can probably only afford to lose one of them.

Only seen the first game so far, and Jayden Campbell hardly deserved to be on the losing side, but scratchy as the Panthers were, Cleary is all class.

Campbell’s second half was incredible wasn’t it: that was as dynamic as any playmaker has been just about all year. No one could lay a glove on him for a while.
