Well, that's up to the coaches, isn't it? There's been a lot of pressure to bring SL ruck speeds 'up to NRL standard', and so far, it's been largely successfull, and given a better spectacle. But in the NRL, I don't see any reason why teams should forget the basics of the game.

AFL maybe, never seen him in anything but Souths gear as far as NRL goes. He even wore Rabbitohs socks to the kings coronation
