Only one qualm, with the club name for the Bulldogs

1996-1999: Canterbury Bulldogs (no -Bankstown)

Still not clear on whether they dropped Canterbury altogether in 1999 or 2000 but it definitely happened around that time.

Yes they did, well at least certainly in 1983; some may have switched to the NSWRL logo in 1984, like Parramatta.

Souths didn't use the NSWRFL logo in 1983. Also some players are using reserve grade jerseys where the logo was used.

1999: Similar to 1998 design with white vee reshaped into lightning bolt; white-and-yellow-outlined white number; NRL logo sublimated on right breast, team logo sublimated on left breast; navy blue shorts with yellow-purple-yellow stripe down sides; socks unchanged

The striping at the bottom of Storm's 1998 shorts was on the player's left leg only.

In 1999, the tip of the lightning bolt only reached mid-shoulder and there was a lightning bolt inside the shorts striping.
