I remember there was one regarding Melbourne and the finals in every Olympic year. Not quite sure on how it went, but I remember a teacher posted it around school in 2000...

I read somewhere that Allan Jackovich's number was the same as his IQ.

how did they fit a million numbers on his jumper? Well, at first at least, by the end of his career that would have been quite easy really.

Wasn't Chisholm #19?

Right you are. I've ****ing lost it.
Just while I'm on a roll, wasn't Hopgood #15? Or was he #30 before then?

#7 Kowal to Powell to Moorcroft to Miller (dissapointing)

That's it, I'm calling the Australian.
On me or Mercs? ;)

He got quoted in that article I got the phrase: 'Most of which was unprintable...'

Stephen Powell was good when he was fit, 2000 and 2002 he played well for us. And Miller will come good eventually...I hope.

#1 Shannahan to Heffernan (both were decent at their old clubs, did little for us)

Balls to that - Shanahan was key in our '98 revival. He was never going to be a long term proposition was did excellently that year given the state of our backline before.

I agree but think you may have been a little bit harsh on Hopgood Supermercado, no superstar but did a few useful things.

The way he left the club was dissapointing, most certainly not his time while at the club. His absence was a big part of the 2003 slide!
