We dont want to punnish the number because some money hungry mercenary ran around in it.

In the same vein, I would not be surprised if Andrew Krakouer was given #3. We have the habit of giving sons of players from other clubs their fathers number.

id be very dissapointed if their numbers wernt reserved! i dont really like the idea of the captains wearing no 17. id prefer every player having a small 17 or JD sumwhere on thier jumpers. it shows that every player is representing jack dyer and they should feel proud to be wearing it.
