2. Traded players offered choice of numbers (I assume by value eg. Hill, Howard, Jones, Ryder, Butler)
3. Drafted players last

Highly likely, we have been the last to announce our numbers for years.

They might be slightly earlier since we aren't really drafting anyone this year and have a bunch of traded guys instead, but I wouldnt count on it.
