Shane O'Bree might not be able to kick, but he can find the ball plenty of times and gets alot of the hard ball.

He can only play on the ball and with McGough, Lockyer, Buckley, Burns, Licuria and even Lokan in the centre there is no use him being on our list. He might be some usefull tradebait to a midfield struggling side like Brisbane :D

He needs to be traded or de-listed at years end.

If your gona delist or trade him because of his recen performances then my god, how many others would you have to get rid of to keep the peace.

Done very little since 2001 lacks pace and disposal is very ordinary.
Also refuses to run with the ball when he has time and space , he prefers to stop and prop and hold the play up.

With all due respect (and having listened to the likes of yourself (Lonie from 50), guess who and brenton cowell for too long, respect probably isn't the best word for it) (you are all the same person are you not?)), O'Bree has shown himself to be a much worthier servant of the Collingwood football club than one Ben Kinnear. O'Bree is down on form at the moment, but shows more ticker on a week to week basis than Kinnear has in his entire career. If you are going to call for Breeza to be traded then give some consideration to the fact that Benny is, at best, a VFL player who has been very fortunate to play one, let alone 50 odd, senior games...

I can assure you that we are not all the same person. We do however all know each other.

As for BK totally agree with you, I love OB I love the way he tries everyweek no matter what, and I also like the way he just clears the ball. While he lacks skills he certanly makes up for that with his heart.

Lockyer back means there is no place for O'Bree in the best 22. Given you rarely get your best 22 on the park he might serve some purpose but I'd rather see a 19 or 20 year old turn the ball over than O'Bree who I know will never be any better at anything than he is today. I'd rather play McGough as a ball getter with poor disposal than O'Bree. Trade time for O'Bree. Take what we can get.

How long can we keep having this discussion? O'Bree has lacked consistency or has been disinterested for at least 2 seasons. He has been OK at times this year but must play well more often to stay at the pies. If not play Mullins or possum as at least they are moving forward. I honestly think a big clean out is dues for our second wrung players at the end of this year.

I thought that they should have done A a massive clean out at the club this year, or seriously go after some personel that we need. None of this half hearted crap come trade week. go hard or go home.

I would much rather see OB leave the club than McGough. I have fears that McGough might do what Scotland has done, leave the club and get a full game and do very well.

I totally agree, and look at Scotland now. McGough better be having pre-season difficulties or he will be out of here.
