Being stuck at home, injured at footy yesterday, so no Port game today for me. I ended up watching the Crows Demons game. Just a couple of observations, and these comments are meant in a constructive way only.

Ben Hart, for a 300 game player has made some "odd" decisions, and some skill errors you'd expect from a 20 game player.

Scott Thompson, does he actually look before he disposes? he missed team mates on a pretty regular basis.

And did you guys do something to the umpires? They dont seem to like you alot (And as a Port supporter, I know how that feels)

And dont you wish that burton played like this every week :)

God, this last quarter has been absolute crap so far. Very frustrating.
The Crows are being frustrated by Melbournes massive flood, and the protection that Melb get regardless if the deserve it or not.

Doesn't matter what the oppositions doing if you can't grab the ball cleanly. Our hands were terrible in the last term. Very, very, very lucky to get away with it in the end.

The umpires certainly did all they could to get Melbourne over the line. But that doesn't hide the fact that our ball use and handling was just terrible at times.

I thought he was one of our best players today, incredibly tough performance. Thankyou. :)
He got a bit of the ball but his disposals were shocking. He did some good things though. I agree with The Mighty Port Power that Benny Hart did some odd things. Especially in the 1st quarter .

His effort was good, but he burnt the ball something chronic.

His decision making at the moment is very poor!!

Couldn't have said better myself.

We got out of jail today, and I reckon we were lucky with that Hentschel touched on the line bit from Davey's shot at goal.

We are getting SMASHED in the midfield, our skills in close are resembling an auskick game we see at AAMI Stadium at half time. We need to clear this up wuick smart.

Thank god for Van Berlo is all I will say.

Got out of jail today - just couldn't finish the Dees off (credit to them too).

Thompson was great getting the ball, but I agree his disposal/decision making is ordinary at the moment.

BTW, what is wrong with McGregor? It may be time to settle him in the same spot for the whole game.

I didnt catch a lot of today's game, but he has been out of sorts since the start of the year. He has had to play down back, which couldnt be hurting his form.

And what about Hentschel's touch, saved the game :) It kind of looked like it was over the line.....oh well :P

I was thinking it may be time for the Eagles...
But we don't have enough talls. I would like to settle him either in the forwardline or the backline for a whole game. Reckon he is finding it hard playing a bits-part role all over the ground.

NO....just finding it hard playing.

Should be dropped IF we had alternative KPP...but as I said pre-game will continue to get a game by default.

Now who predicted a big game this week from Kenny?

And hands up who said he was an automatic selection for the team and indespensible:rolleyes:

These are the two areas that concern me the most with this bloke. He had a high clanger count last year and I have seen nothing this year to dispel that notion this year. He has to become smarter, end of story.

Kenny up forward and Hentschel down back - that will fix things until Bock returns.
