Observations even before the game!!!

I arrived at the ground early last night sitting behind the RFC cheersquad
Several non playing players walked the ground and had a kick to kick. They included Post, Connors,Browne and Cotch!!!!!


Its good to know that once Richo hangs up his boots his love for the game and supporters will carry on through Cotch!!! During the half hr kick to kick he was kicking left foot bannanas from the boundry line straight through the middle - he looks to me that he cant be too far away from commencing training, plus he is one solid unit!

However when all the players were leaning on the fence chatting amongst themselves they all of a sudden had about 30 young richmond fans rush up to chat to there heroes, mind you cotch would be the only one the youngsters would know the others havent made a name for themselves yet. Anyway as soon as this happened connors all of a sudden had to walk away to make a call on his mobile!!! (code for im getting out of here) Post and Browne soon followed his lead. But our man Cotch stayed to chat shake hands and smile for the camera for about 20 mins!!!


I also noticed that what looked like to be Cleve Hughes - was wearing a moon boot???? - news to me anyone know about this

Wasn't wearing it last Sunday at family day. Maybe your imagination, or a training incident since family day? Wondered why he didn't play last night.
