Tim Silvers - CEO - 7/10

Came across from a successful era at Hawthorn where he had various roles . Has employed a very successful strategy of keeping his head down - because the few times he has ventured out he (to me) has managed to try and be uber positive when the evidence suggests otherwise '' the rebuild is over' will come back to hurt him

Adam Kelly - Head of Football

Does he still work for the club? Another who has kept his head down recently. Given Neil Balme was in line for his job his tenure must be shaky. Ive given him no votes because he is a ghost

(until the media team ramp it up)

Phil Harper - GM Football Operations - 7/10

I'm pretty sure Phil gave Bill Sanders the keys to the ATCO huts to start the club at West Lakes. Has overseen a very successful AFLW program.

But will forever have a stain on his legacy for not deleting all his emails. Lucky he didnt delete the photos as well or he wouldnt be working there.

Daniel Jackson - Leadership Development Manager -

Understand his role doesnt require too much member engagement but I dont even recall any input/comment after Sloane went down and we went with the 4 leader model

(just a side note - you cant find who works for the club on the official club site)

Phil Harper is now head of our woman’s program so he’d be a 10/10 and maybe the men should get him back

I’m still on board with St John of Olsen and Hi Ho Silver.

They tried to bring in Balme, they landed Dawson, they landed Burgess, they’re trying like **** to play winning hand over A training centre.

The problem is that change in the AFL is slow. The wheels and levers you can deploy are too few. The league is setup to save you from yourself, so you can’t make mistakes

But you can hit home runs either

I think they’re doing well there just isn’t that many opportunities to speed things up

I do think List Management will get an almighty shake up at years end. And Nicks is on the hot seat

I’m definitely a fan of the current executive in a way that is very different to empty vessel Fagan & co.

Wouldn’t we need to change list management now though to allow a new team to hit the draft and trade period?

i think too much is made of our women's program being brilliant. It's been barely a semi-pro league and is massively unbalanced. The years where we didn't have both Randall and Phillips available we were crap.

Wow Sanders providing a like wasn't enough for this post.
Wasn't sure you could doing a post without demeaning another poster.

Had a bit to do with Daniel Jackson through some colleagues and he is first rate. Silvers doing a decent enough job.

On topic.

Say what you will about Fagan, he'll always have getting rid of Rucci and how thoroughly he's rustled Rucci's jimmies to be proud of.
The club must be worried - it's been all hands on deck this week.

The five year plan is interesting. We were previously promised one by the previous administration, which we are still yet to see.

I told you this would happen. The media blitz has been fun - though I did think it would hit most of the socials

The only issue at the club right now is the football department and frankly, it is a dumpster fire. A culture of denial is creeping in and a clear disconnect between players and coaches is occurring. On one hand you have the coaches jumping over themselves to blame the players when the players are only doing what they were instructed. Crouch is a victim of being blamed when he did as he was told. When the club does scape goating of players at selection you know we are in a world of shit. Frankly, Doedee spilled the beans and now the coaches have been found out. Nicks needs to be fired now.

If Nicks's contract doesn't have an escape hatch, would you jump off? Genuine question. Not trying to be snarky.

Yes, every decent contract has KPI's and well, Silvers and Olsen are experienced enough to know better. If he is signed no questions asked with no expectations, the club learned nothing. But for now I am with Sanders, I think Olsen and Silvers are doing a good job now. There first real test is to now demand answers from the coaching department and if they don't well, we have literally built the old AFC back to what it was 5 years ago.
