Next up is Baghdad Bombers. Their list has been stable for a long time now, having been one of the best clubs at keeping their talent for the long haul. Let's see how they did this time...

CursingFijian and Bovo are both returning to their original club after having short stays at the Warriors and Furies respectively. Both are competent posters and will help round out the current Bomber list.

Nabbing EKA winner MayTheNorthBeWithU from the Wonders could end up being a massive steal. Coming into their 3rd season, Letters had a relatively quiet 2nd season, but the new location could be exactly what is needed to get him back to his best.

A solitary rookie is the bare minimum that a club needs to keep the team list turning over. We'll see if tomjoad ends up being a hidden gem or not this season.

Four delistings of dead-weight to help make way for the Bombers new signings.


Overall a very solid off-season for the Bombers. A lot of positive in's with barely anything lost. Captain Pugsley and his LG would be very happy with how this off-season has turned out.

Now we have Las Vegas Bears who are looking to go one better this season after falling just short of the premiership in season 36. Let's see who they got to try and complete their already well established team...

A massive get in acquiring the services of Chipmunk after he retired over a year ago. Adding him to the LG instantly as well is a no brainer for someone of his renown. This is honestly great news for not just the Bears, but for the league as a whole. Glad to have you back Chip.

No outs this season as the whole team looks to be getting along and are set for another big play at the premiership. Retention is the gateway to success.


Just getting Chipmunk back into the league means I have to give them an A+. tony and the Bears LG have done the impossible.

And I realised round 1 starts on Monday so I need to get through these this weekend

Next up is Roys FFC who seem to be experiencing a major rebuild all the way from the very top. Let's see how their list turnover is going...

Three returning players is decent and they will hopefully provide some much needed variety in match threads this season to help alleviate the growing demand on the Roys top-end LG posters.

One rookie is a pass mark. Let's hope for the Roys sake that judge judy is as good on the qooty field as she is in a court of law.


Losing TedDougChris to retirement is a monumental loss for Roys and the league. Having been leader of the Roys for over 4 years and holding their team together through thick and thin, he has left a gigantic hole in the squad that Mobbs and co. will quickly need to try and fill. But finding someone like TedDougChris will be like trying to find a needle in a haystack.

Losing Zevon is also a massive loss, and marks another LG member leaving the team this off-season.

Another couple of retirements to long-time Roys teammates just adds to the pain.

Surprisingly, Roys have decided to delist 2 players in Sterge and Kabanna. Whether these were an oversight on the Roys part or simply misspelled retirements beats me, but you'd have to wonder why the Roys decided to delist anyone with their current squad status.


Overall this has been a horrendous off-season for the Roys and obviously a painful one with the retirement of their long-standing captain TedDougChris. It is very difficult to see any positives in this scenario, with only a glimmer of hope coming from their single rookie who we pray becomes the next Sweet-FA sensation.
