- WALK IN CLOSET (sry a tad excited)
- open living/kitchen
- no maintenance- paved courtyard.
- garage with remote


omg i want. Am going to the auction next week it looks like.

There is literally nothing wrong with it.

The only negative really its a bit further out (still an easy drive to my work tho) and going into the city will be more of a pain, like during the footy.

But its doable and i guess theres always one compromise.

Really anyone in Perf that bought in the early 2000s have made an absolute killing. In a short space of time afterwards they practically doubled in value.

True 80s had massive interest rates but now an average house costs far more times a person's average income than back then.

I still think 400Kish is quite reasonable, especially in Melbourne. Anything past 500 im like no can do.
