Altho having said that I recommend a doco called "Rape". British one.

Should be showed to every person on the planet imho. Documents the actual aftermath of sexual assaults (profiles a couple of cases and a rape crisis centre).
Anyhoo- if a woman or man doesnt wish to go ahead with the court proceedings- they do keep the DNA "on ice". So yeah if they wish to change their mind it is feasible.

Hope those assholes down in Geelong those brothers gets whats coming to them one day, one time, for instance.

Not stupid at all! If the Weinstein rape accusation hadn't erupted, I very much doubt she would have said anything! + that is FACT! Since Weinstein, everyone who's been assaulted is coming out of the woodwork! Many of whom are only wanting their 15 minutes of fame!

Anyway, that is my opinion, which I am allowed!

If legit he should die in jail. Rapists, pedophiles and mass murderers all need to save tax payers money and be killed. Won't ever happen here.

Some guy was put in jail for the last few years accused of rape. He was convicted for something he didn't do. It came out it was BS and what does the scum get? 8 months for totally ruining the remainder of someone's life.

False accusations of rape are as heinous as rape, i completely agree.

Sadly, for Gary, providing forensic evidence is not required - unless she did a Monica + kept the dress she was wearing. There is no statute of limitations on sexual assault. I feel for the woman, who said she wants closure, but why wait until now? It's 40 years later + he was 17 at the time. Who knows what happened, GASr might have thought it was consensual, now she says it's not. Perhaps because the Abletts were a popular family, she was too scared. One thing for sure, she would ALWAYS, remember the horror of it.
