Went thru primary and hs together. Have lived with her since 2006 with no issues whatsoever. She hasnt put up the rent once in all that time and she puts the bills on the fridge and I transfer the money into her account well before the due date.

We automatically "trade off" and buy stuff like toilet paper, etc. And we clean up the common areas equally. Things like dishes they're fine leave in the sink over night but clean up tomorrow no big deal.

Yeah have never had one argument.

Nevermind I asked and they said 1 person in came through after only a few days but the other it nearly 2 weeks.

My mate was supposed to do a change over for the overhead mains connection box that's about to fall apart last week but didn't come by, I'm an A grade but he was gonna do it live for us. **** that, he's a lunatic.

If you get WP to turn it off they charge $270 to come by for 5 minutes to turn pull a fuse, and then another $270 to take another 5 minutes to turn it back on again later
