lol, my cousins had a later model one of those. Built like a Panzer tank, except slower.

One of my idiot mates years ago also had one he bought for $100 whilst the proper car was getting fixed. Smashed into the back of someone outside the WACA, then jumped out and did a runner and reported it stolen Dodgy-er than Mr Kettle.

They also had a late 80s 4 cylinder Volvo hatch thingy that I borrowed briefly at one stage. Pretty slow, handled like a dog, ****in horrible to turn in the car-park as it was rear wheel drive with no power steering. And even though it was small drank a LOT of fuel. Worst car I've ever driven.

Also borrowed my cousin's Mitsi Colt at the same time, shitbox but it was 10 times the car that ****in Volvo was.

I loved catching the bus, it was a School Bus that took kids from Maroubra, through Eastern Suburbs to Vaucluse to + from school. It was the only time I actually met boys lol
