One girl in Perf died about a decade ago because in the concert line there must have been people searching everyone at the entrance, so rather than wasting them she must have taken like all 4 at once..

It kind of annoys me when all the potheads make out that weed should be legalised because it is totally 'harmless'. Look it's not as bad as booze and I actually don't care if anybody wants to smoke it but it definitely causes significant problems for some people.

My flatmate is srsly considering selling her place now and buying a (bigger) place around the corner.

She is happy for me to live in the new place until I find my place

Rent out my place get $$$$ and live in her place for little rent and split bills.

For mine you would be better off just saving more and investing it if you aren't actually gonna live in the place yourself. Both my siblings have had heaps of rental properties over the years and there's more work and headaches being a landlord than what some people think.

I mean here's an example from a tenant at my sis's place in Vic Park. A washer or something on a hot water tap must have blew so it was almost running flat out. Did she ring up to ask about getting it fixed? No they only found out when they got a water bill like 2K more than usual. God knows what the halfwit living there had to pay for their own electric hot water bill..
