It's called insomnia, I'd sleep in if I could. It started raining anyway and needed to get up to check the little hen on its eggs wasn't getting soaked.

If you can't sleep it's almost always useless fighting it, may as well just get up.

Actually I went to bed at 9 and got up at 4 , but slept really well in a big block instead of waking up every couple of hours. Need to try and stay up later. Usually get up about 6-6.30.

Nah i disagree if you are restless then get up for sure, sometimes i can not sleep but am ok just lying there with my eyes closed/dozing.

But yeh tossing and turning **** that u may as well read, watch tv whatever
