OK here's what I got to work out Hello Kitty 's age:

- she has antiques
- she has a lot of cats
- she likes my little pony
- she recently did her backyard or something like that
- she talks a lot about liking big.... bank balances in her men
- says "I am still waiting for my knight in shining armour" or something like that

No doubt forgotten some things.

I've put all that into the computer, it is calculating the answer:

He says.....

"Big D, I have calculated all the permutations and combinations, and I can tell you within a 98.7% degree of confidence that Hello Kitty is.... 31"

Shower me with wonderous praise.

Applying for rental properties is an absolute headfark.
During the boom in WA it was ridiculous, landlords could pretty much do whatever they wanted. Now it's swung back right the other way with tenants having the upper hand.

A lot of empty investment properties.

Heard in Vic you can’t say no to someone with a pet now. I wouldn’t rent out a gaff under those laws since an animal could potentially cause more damage than a bond may cover (if it’s owned by shit people = shit pet).

There's no way they'd make you take in someone with a ****in dog.

In the eastern states it's a nightmare, apparently. I went to an open inspection and there were about 15 other groups looking. I didn't think the outer suburbs of Adelaide would be this competitive.

That wasn't my issue though. Filling out all of the shit they wanted was. The online form had zero information prefilled, the information I did need for the agents wasn't at all in abundance and the process itself was tedious.

I've done it all now, so let's see what happens.

“While landlords will still need to provide consent, they will only be able to refuse in certain circumstances.

If, for example, a renter was refused the right to have a dog, the decision could be appealed to VCAT or the courts.“

Victoria is shit.
