Close enoughPretty old. She has antiques and is a crazy cat lady. She's probably 70.

How old are you Duritz, mid late 50s?
During the boom in WA it was ridiculous, landlords could pretty much do whatever they wanted. Now it's swung back right the other way with tenants having the upper hand.Applying for rental properties is an absolute headfark.
Heard in Vic you can’t say no to someone with a pet now. I wouldn’t rent out a gaff under those laws since an animal could potentially cause more damage than a bond may cover (if it’s owned by shit people = shit pet).During the boom in WA it was ridiculous, landlords could pretty much do whatever they wanted. A lot of empty investment properties.

There's no way they'd make you take in someone with a ****in dog.Heard in Vic you can’t say no to someone with a pet now. I wouldn’t rent out a gaff under those laws since an animal could potentially cause more damage than a bond may cover (if it’s owned by shit people = shit pet).

“While landlords will still need to provide consent, they will only be able to refuse in certain circumstances. There's no way they'd make you take in someone with a ****in dog.
